The CO-GENDER is a gender wing commission, set up by Hurrarc, to handle the problems of gender rights violations, abuses and inequalities, in order to solve the socio-political, economic, intellectual and cultural problems that women are still facing at homes, institutions, their workplaces, and the society in general, which constitute to be either an offence, violation, segregation, victimisation, discrimination and an abuse.
The increasing obstacles to gender rights, equity and fusion, are now causing a semblance of a tug of war, between the male chauvinists dominance, and women’s equal rights advocacy, as each side is pushing with policies, procedures, conventions, appeals, lobby, campaigns, conscientisations and educations.
CO-GENDER is hereby intending to campaign, advocate, address and redress issues for both the women and men to know the meanings, values, significance, the respects and dignities that are the due principles underlining the different policies thereof, with their interpretations, traditions, customs and conventions, which clearly maintain the levels of equity of women to men as equal pairs or partners in creation.
CO-GENDER is aiming at correcting the errors and clarifying the misrepresentations, misinterpretations, and or, the misperceptions that are so widespread, over equal gender rights in particular, and universal human rights in general.
Its aim among many other things is, to facilitate the means of eliminating gender and domestic violence, free women from the discrimination against them in most institutions, families, states, religions and traditions.
CO-GENDER therefore aims, not only to equalise gender rights and maintain their protection, but also, to include men’s rights that have long been left out, or neglected in many gender rights campaigns. It is supposed to be like that, so that men and women will equitably march “left-right’’, or ’side by side’ (50/50), with each one knowing the levels or the limitations of one’s rights, privileges, freedoms and responsibilities to that of the other sex or gender, to be fully recognised and respected, as an equal member of the human pair that makes the world, as well as equal partners in the inheritance of all the things of the earth, which is another common way or method to the achievement of world peace.
